Insight to your body through your mood and actions.
He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me. Psalms 55:18
Many were your problems, although a few might still be with you. But this day, in the quiet of your heart, try to reflect on where you once were. Your emotions, your struggles, and conflicts. Reflect on those things you have overcome.
And let it be of gladness to you.
Understand this, the Scripture said your body is a temple. This implies more than we realize, as a temple. There are duties and functions that ought to be carried out, and there are those that are responsible for the accomplishing of those things. Likewise, within you, your body which is a temple; there are over 37 trillion cells, and more are being produced at any given time. These cells are endlessly working for your betterment. You are directly linked with these little helpers.
your mood will often dictate their function.
Your state of mind and forethought will initiate their action in preparedness, or the lack thereof.
For an example, you as a Christian, before your meal, you enter into a state of prayer. As you acknowledge God for that which you are about to receive into your body. Internally, unaware to you. Your state of mind through your prayer over your meal has prepared these little helpers to gladly receive. A gift that is receive gladly is better than a gift rejected. So then, imagine the wonder works of your cells, all because you first prayed over your meal.
On the contrary when you accept worriedness into your conscience, you throw off the work pattern of certain cells. Their function is to serve and preserve you by the command of God the Creator. Consequently, due to your worriedness they at times will neglect their given duties to address the cause to you, in so doing other vital works remains unattended to. Thereby, to worry is more than thinking, it is detrimental to your being. Hence, some 365 times, the Bible urge us to fear not.
Take this day, to pause and think about these things and reflect on the good that are in your life.
This we are told as a reminder:
Finally, brethren, (Believers) whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
Then comes the result of your action, the God of peace shall be with you.
Learn to preserve your peace and tend to your temple with a God conscience.
